Improve how you manage your Users.

If you are an Administrator of your GReminders account AND you have multiple users on GReminders, here is how you can see what they see when they login.

Additionally if you want you can grant Login As Permissions to Non Admins. Please use caution as this is a powerful feature that lets you masquerade or impersonate other users within your Organization. You can add access under Profiles.

Simply go to Setup > Users and you can “Login As” your users.

This will allow you to see their calendars, their event types, etc….. This helps to manage your users, troubleshoot for your users, etc…

Another way to do this would also be to use our SWITCH USER feature if you are an Admin OR if you enabled this feature in PROFILES for other users.

Additional Restrictions

When you login as another user you will not be able to see any of their Notetaker Detail Pages. These are restricted to the specific user. If you need access to these you can ask the person to share the Notetaker record with you.

It is also further possible to restrict others from seeing your Events on your Calendar by using the Restrict Access to your Calendar feature. Read more here.
