Our dynamic reminder system works with Google and Outlook calendars. When you edit an event on your calendar, our system automatically adjusts to any changes in real-time.
You receive notifications when clients confirm appointments. GReminders is set up and forget software, working in the background to put an end to your no-shows.
Automated Scheduling
With GReminders’ automated scheduling, your clients book their own appointments and you avoid the wasted time associated with the back and forth of scheduling.
Appointments will instantly appear on your Google or Outlook calendar as new events are scheduled. In addition, you can choose to receive SMS text notifications of new appointments.
You can customize your scheduling calendar with your logo, colors, and branding and embed it on your website or host it on ours.
