What happens when I exceed my Reminder limits for the Month?

We are a pretty relaxed company. If you exceed your limits for one month nothing will happen, but if you continuously exceed your limits for several months we will ask that you upgrade to the next plan.


What happens after my Free Trial?

After the 14 day trial we will ask that you upgrade to a paying plan, OR we will automatically move you to the Free Plan.

Whom do I contact if I have a billing question?

You can email directly to billing@greminders.com for any billing related questions.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For Orders over $2,000 we accept Purchase Orders.


How do I change my plan?

You can upgrade your plan at any time. You can do so by going to the Setup > Billing section of the Application and selecting a different plan.


How do I cancel my plan?

You can navigate to Setup > Billing and choose to downgrade or cancel your account. Downgrades take effect after your current billing cycle has ended. Account deletes or Cancellations can be done immediately, but we do not offer refunds on the unused portion of your subscription.


Can I get a refund if I cancel?

We do not offer Refunds on Subscriptions. If you commit for the year you will have the service for 12 months, if you decide to cancel in month 9 we do not offer a refund for the remaining 3 months of service.


If I have multiple users are the Reminder Limits by user or aggregated together?

We sum up all the Reminder limits and then count them against your plan. For example if you buy the Standard Plan and sign up for 3 users, you may use 480 reminders for your entire Organization (120 reminders * 3 users). So one user may use 480 reminders if the others don’t use any.


What are Event Types?

Event Types allow your end customers to book meetings with you. You may offer different event types such as: Initial 30min Introductory Meeting, 1hr Deep Dive, etc…


Is GReminders HIPAA Compliant?
