Overage Fees will apply. They are assessed at the end of your billing cycle and typically billed in chunks of 50. The system will send you email alerts as you get close and/or exceed your plan limits, you may choose to upgrade to a higher plan before starting a new billing cycle to take advantage of better volume discounts. Yes, if you have a seasonal business you can consume All your reminders in a single Month or spread out over a year, without incurring any overage fees. Monthly Subscription users must use their Credits within that Billing Period, Credits do not roll over to the next billing period.

You can upgrade your plan at any time. You can do so by going to the Setup > Billing section of the Application and selecting a different plan.
You can navigate to Setup > Billing and choose to downgrade or cancel your account. Downgrades take effect after your current billing cycle has ended. Account deletes or Cancellations can be done immediately, but we do not offer refunds on the unused portion of your subscription.
We do not offer Refunds on Subscriptions. If you commit for the year you will have the service for 12 months, if you decide to cancel in month 9 we do not offer a refund for the remaining 3 months of service.

SMS Credits are defined as 160 character reminder text messages. If your SMS reminder notification has 160 characters or more it will be billed as 2 credits. The reason for this is the SMS protocol allows for up to 160 characters and each 160 character segment is a credit. The end user will just receive a single text message (the carrier will combine the message into one), but in the background there is actually more than one message being sent and thus the definition.
By default GReminders sends SMS/Texts from a pool of phone numbers. (Note: All 3rd party systems like GReminders cannot impersonate your phone number, thus we are forced to send from a different number than your office or mobile number) For US & Canadian customers, you can choose to get a dedicated phone number to send from. This includes your selection of area code and locality. It may help your customers identify more with you. If you are non US/Canada user and would like a dedicated number please contact email@example.com to inquire about options.
