What happens after my Free Trial?

After the trial we will ask that you upgrade to a paying plan, OR we will automatically move you to the Free Plan.

What happens when I exceed my Reminder limits for the Month?

Overage Fees will apply. They are assessed at the end of your billing cycle and typically billed in chunks of 50. The system will send you email alerts as you get close and/or exceed your plan limits. You may choose to upgrade to a higher plan before starting a new billing cycle to take advantage of better volume discounts. See plan details for overage charges.

If I pay for a Year upfront can I use my Reminder Credits anytime?

Yes, if you have a seasonal business you can consume All your reminders in a single Month or spread out over a year, without incurring any overage fees. Monthly Subscription users must use their Credits within that Billing Period, Credits do not roll over to the next billing period.

How do I change my plan?

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. You can do so by going to the Org Settings > Billing section of the Application and selecting a different plan.

How do I cancel my plan?

You can navigate to Org Settings > Billing and choose to downgrade or cancel your account. Downgrades take effect after your current billing cycle has ended. Account deletes or Cancellations can be done immediately, but we do not offer refunds on the unused portion of your subscription. Read More

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

We do not offer Refunds on Subscriptions. If you commit for the year you will have the service for 12 months, if you decide to cancel in month 9 we do not offer a refund for the remaining 3 months of service.

How do I renew my plan? Does my plan auto renew?

All plans auto renew after your current billing cycle ends. You will find your Billing Cycle Renewal Date in your Account under Org Settings > Billing. You can cancel or upgrade/downgrade your plan at any time during your current Billing Cycle. If you would like to cancel, please do so before the new Billing Cycle begins.

All invoices are found in your Account under Org Settings > Billing and then click on the Invoices Tab.

How are SMS Credits Defined?

SMS Credits are defined as 160 character reminder text messages. If your SMS reminder notification has 160 characters or less it will be billed as 1 credit. If your SMS reminder notification has 160 characters or more, then divide by the total number of characters by 153 to get the number of credits. The reason for this is the SMS protocol allows for up to 160 characters and if the entire message exceeds 160 characters there is "glue code" (154th-160th character) that combines these "segments" into a single message. The end user will just receive a single text message (the carrier will combine the message into one), but in the background there is actually more than one message being sent and thus the definition.

What is a Dedicated Phone Number?

By default GReminders sends SMS/Texts from a pool of phone numbers. (Note: All 3rd party systems like GReminders cannot impersonate your phone number, thus we are forced to send from a different number than your office or mobile number) For US & Canadian customers, you can choose to get a dedicated phone number to send from. This includes your selection of area code and locality. It may help your customers identify more with you. International customers often can choose a Custom SenderID (Note when using SenderIDs you cannot receive replies).
