Once you’re in GReminders, choose Integrations from the main menu.

Scroll down the list of available integrations until you find SalesLoft. Click on Setup, then Set Up Now.

Authorize GReminders and SalesLoft to communicate with each other.

When the integration is complete, you’ll have three options to choose from.

Option number one is checked by default. It allows you to pull the best phone number from your SalesLoft people. Let’s see how it works.

Let’s say that you would like to schedule a meeting with a person in SalesLoft — Emily, in this example.

We’ll schedule the meeting directly on Google Calendar. (Microsoft Outlook Calendar works the same way.)

We’ll invite Emily as a guest using her email address.

Now what happens next works completely behind the scenes, but we can always see the process for ourselves in GReminders.

We’ll click on the GReminders logo to refresh the screen.

You can see the event we just scheduled in the events list, along with a bell icon and the number two, indicating the number of reminders that are scheduled to be sent on this event.

We can click on the event to see more details.

Emily’s contact information was imported from SalesLoft into GReminders, including her phone number.

This allows our system to automatically send the two text reminders that are in the queue.

In this example: an initial notification and a 24-hour reminder.

You can program any number of reminders to be sent per event — as many as you like, up to one year before or after an event.

Next, let’s look at option two: Create note against the matching person as an activity.

When selected, any reminder that is sent by GReminders will be logged in SalesLoft as an activity under the matching person.

Finally, let’s look at option three: Create person in SalesLoft when new meeting is booked.

In addition to reminders, GReminders includes automated scheduling. It can be found under Event Types.

Here’s a typical event type template that allows you to control your schedule down to five minutes.

Prospects choose a date and time when you’re available.

They include their contact information and any questions you may wish to ask.

An event will be placed onto your Google or Outlook calendar and the invitee’s calendar, and a new person is created in SalesLoft with the contact information that was included during scheduling.

Reminders will be sent on these events by GReminders, just as if you had scheduled them manually.

When you integrate SalesLoft with GReminders, you get phone number matching, notification reminder writeback, and automatically create a new person when meetings are booked via GReminders — all to help you put an end to no-shows while eliminating the back-and-forth of scheduling.
