July was another action-packed month, headlined by two major AI integrations, a new way to turn documents and conversations into clean CRM data, and a steady stream of Notetaker, scheduling, and admin improvements. Here’s everything we shipped and everywhere we showed up:
AI Forms and Field Extraction: Our biggest release of the month. GReminders can now read completed intake forms, financial questionnaires, and account applications, compare them against the existing CRM record, and recommend the updates. It can also pull details clients share verbally in a meeting (like estate planning updates or asset balances) straight from the Notetaker transcript into their profile. Simple checkboxes keep humans in control: nothing syncs to the CRM until you approve it, field by field.
Scheduling and Pre-Meeting Briefs Inside SmartOffice: SmartOffice users can now schedule meetings and pull up AI-generated Pre-Meeting Briefs without leaving the CRM, using the GReminders Sidebar.
Claude Integration: GReminders is now connected to Claude, so advisors can book meetings, check availability, and look up clients, households, and CRM data using natural language — all from a single conversation with Claude, without switching apps.
Microsoft Copilot Integration: The same scheduling, calendar, and CRM intelligence is now available inside the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Build a dedicated scheduling agent or custom AI workflow agent in Copilot Studio to support your practice from Outlook, Teams, or anywhere else Copilot lives.
AI Task and Opportunity Recommendation Customization: More control over how AI recommends tasks and opportunities, so the suggestions your team acts on line up with how your firm actually works.
SCIM User Provisioning: Enterprise admins can now automate user provisioning and deprovisioning through SCIM, making it easier to manage access at scale as your team changes.
GReminders Sidebar Chrome Extension: The AI Notetaker is now available directly from the sidebar, so you can access meeting intelligence wherever you’re working in the browser.
Alert Trackers and Highlights: Track key alerts and highlights across meetings, giving you a clearer view of what needs attention.
A Few More Improvements
- Regenerate AI Tasks with Additional Context – From any AI Notetaker record, click Regenerate Tasks next to Sync Tasks to rerun task generation based on the transcript, summary, and/or additional context you provide for better output.
- Organization-Level Fields by Default on Event Types – Custom fields created from an Event Type are now Organization-Level Fields by default, making them available across your organization automatically.
- Merge Participants (Notetaker) – Clean up duplicate participants on Notetaker records with a simple merge.
- Faster AI Notetaker Processing – Meeting summaries and transcripts are now available sooner after your calls end.
- Notetaker Dial-Out Now Supports a Verification Code – Added support for verification codes when the Notetaker dials out to a meeting.
