This month’s biggest releases brought smarter scheduling controls, deeper AI capabilities, and more flexibility for teams managing complex workflows.
Apply Same or Opposite Blocks for Working Hours – Easily block conflicting availability across your schedule. If you work from multiple offices, you can’t be available in more than one location on the same day. This update makes it simple to automatically block those conflicts directly within your Working Hours settings.
Assign AI Tasks to Groups for Redtail – Redtail Customers can now assign Tasks to multiple people using Groups. Simply Select a GReminders Group when assigning tasks to post Notetaker, and we will automatically expand that group and assign that task to all the users within that Group.
Select Multiple Date Ranges at a Time – For Advanced Scheduling, we’ve made it easier to select multiple date ranges at a time for availability or blocks. Fewer clicks, more Efficiency.
Timeslots are now available in the GReminders Sidebar
Stay Informed with Client LinkedIn Insights – Stay up to date with your clients’ recent LinkedIn activity to walk into every meeting with more context, stronger talking points, and a more personalized experience.
AI Notetaker Now Supports Multiple Contacts – After your meeting, AI Notetaker can now automatically log to MULTIPLE contacts at once.
CC & Shared Mailbox Support for Meeting Emails – You can now CC additional recipients on both Pre-Meeting Agenda emails and Notetaker Follow-Up emails.
Age and Birthday Criteria Added to Bulk Sends
Custom Keywords to Automatically skip Pre Meeting Briefs – You can now use Custom Keywords to automatically skip Pre Meeting Briefs for specific Meetings or Events. To configure your keyword filters, go to Setup > Pre Meeting Brief Settings.
Custom Timezone for Custom Availability within Event Types Notetaker has Sentiment by Default (Business Plan Only)
WealthReach Integration – The integration between WealthReach and GReminders bridges the gap between active interest and an empty calendar.
