We’re off to a hot summer – June was headlined by two major launches, a fresh round of Notetaker and CRM improvements, and a busy run of conferences and webinars. Here’s everything we shipped and everywhere we showed up:
What’s New in June
This month’s biggest releases gave advisors deeper visibility into their meetings and a faster way to work inside Wealthbox, alongside a handful of Notetaker and CRM refinements.
Meeting Analytics & Scorecards
Meeting Analytics & Scorecards — Our biggest release of the month. Advisors can now see how every client meeting actually went, with AI-generated scorecards that surface talk-time ratios, sentiment, follow-up items, and trends across meetings over time – turning conversational data into something coaches, teams, and compliance can actually act on.
GReminders INSIDE Wealthbox Via the Sidebar
GReminders INSIDE Wealthbox — Scheduling and meeting prep now live right inside Wealthbox. Book meetings, review pre-meeting briefs, all without leaving the CRM.
Update Client Status, Type, or Tags on Booking
You can now update Client Status, Type, or Tags for existing Contacts when Clients book via Event Types for Redtail and Wealthbox.
Change Notetaker Record Ownership
Change the owner of a Notetaker record to ensure correct meeting attribution – for example, when a Meeting Coordinator or CSA records the event, but it belongs to an Advisor.
Edit Participant Names
Modify participant details on an event to correct failed contact matching or typos made during booking.
New Compliance Feature for Notetaker
Admins can now prevent Notetaker deletions, giving firms tighter control over meeting record retention.
Share Notetaker Records to Groups
Share Notetaker Records to Groups — Share Notetaker Records with entire Groups, not just individual users.
Unlink Contacts from Notetaker Records
You can now easily unlink contacts from Notetaker Records if they were linked by mistake — just click the new X next to a contact under Related Contacts within the Notetaker Record.
iOS and Android App v2.0.5
Users can now download recordings locally.
Add More Context When Regenerating AI Summaries
When regenerating AI Summaries from Meetings, you can now provide additional context or instructions to guide the AI and produce more accurate, relevant results.
In the Community
June kept our team on the road and in front of advisors all month long. We hosted a webinar with IntegratedAdvisor on the Opportunity Lifecycle and attended two conferences: Wealth Management Edge in Boca Raton and FPA New England’s Wicked Good Half-Day talk in Portsmouth.
We’re grateful for every opportunity to connect with advisors, partners, and the broader financial services community. But the summer’s not cooling down just yet – there’s more to come in July!
