GReminders has integrated with Advyzon to:
- Facilitate Scheduling
- Use data from Advyzon to Improve Meeting Prep (Pre Meeting Briefs)
- Write Notes and Tasks back to Advyzon post AI Notetaker
Setup
Go to Advyzon and click on Integrations and find GReminders in the Partner Integration section:
Next toggle the Integration ON and enable both Single Sign On and API Access, this will force you to login to GReminders. Login and Accept.
Click SAVE
Note: each of your Advyzon Users that have a corresponding GReminders login must perform this action.
Scheduling
Install the Chrome/Edge Browser Extension. With this Extension you get the Scheduling and Pre Meeting Prep Buttons.
Click on the Schedule button and access all your Event Types, along with other people’s Event Types. When using these links it will automatically populate the clients information when booking. In the example above, Fred Flintstone, his email, phone, etc…
Meeting Prep will allow you generate a Pre Meeting Brief AND allow you to generate an AI Client Presentation using that content.
Using with AI Notetaker
Navigate to an AI Notetaker Record. From here when you push AI Notes back you can pick from any Advyzon Contacts.
You can do the same with Tasks.

Leveraging Advyzon Data for Pre Meeting Briefs
If you have a meeting with someone we will automatically search Advyzon Notes to pull recent notes or data from Advyzon to enrich Pre Meeting Briefs.
