MCP Server – Bringing Scheduling and Client Context Directly into AI

MCP API

We’re excited to announce the launch of the GReminders MCP Server, a major step forward in how AI assistants interact with real-world scheduling and client data.

The GReminders MCP Server enables three core capabilities:

  • Check real-time availability
Instantly determine open times across connected calendars without guesswork or back-and-forth.
  • Book meetings end-to-end
Schedule meetings directly, respecting preferences, buffers, locations, and meeting types.
  • Engage through an AI chatbot with household context
The chatbot understands household records—allowing it to respond intelligently, personalize interactions, and take action with the right context in mind.

This means an AI assistant can answer questions like, “Can you book a review meeting for John Smith next week?” and actually complete the task—not just suggest steps.

Together, these features allow AI tools to move beyond generic conversations and take meaningful, action-oriented steps on behalf of advisors and their clients.

Why MCP Matters in the AI Ecosystem

As large language models (LLMs) become more powerful, a key challenge has emerged: context and action. LLMs are excellent at reasoning and conversation, but they need a standardized, secure way to access live systems—calendars, CRMs, and client records—without brittle custom integrations.

By exposing scheduling and household data through MCP, GReminders allows AI to become a true operational assistant—reducing manual work, minimizing errors, and improving the client experience.

More importantly, this approach is future-proof. As new LLMs emerge, they can connect to the GReminders MCP Server without re-engineering integrations. Advisors benefit from ongoing AI advancements without disruption.

Looking Ahead

The launch of the GReminders MCP Server represents our belief that the future of AI is connected, contextual, and actionable. MCP is quickly becoming a foundational layer in the AI ecosystem, and we’re proud to help lead the way by bringing real scheduling power and client intelligence directly into AI workflows.
