GReminders offers Client SMS Reminders, Client Notifications, and various automations over SMS. This includes sending reminders to clients prior to a meeting to reduce No Shows, or reaching out to the client when its time for their Bi-Annual Review, etc…
By default GReminders maintains Phone Numbers for you, that can be used to send these messages.
However, in many cases you already have a texting number your clients are familiar with from your “VOIP” or Phone System or some other 2 way text messaging service.
You can now connect these systems to GReminders and GReminders can use these numbers to send messages on your behalf.
As of this writing we support: Zoom Phone, Ring Central, Intulse, GoToConnect and MyRepChat. More integrations are planned, please contact [email protected] for questions.
Getting Connected
Go to Profile > My Integrations, find your Provider and click ADD. Connect your account by logging in to your account at Zoom Phone, Ring Central, etc….
Specific instructions by vendor is above if you follow those instructions.
Once Connected you can go to Client Reminders and select the Zoom Phone, Ring Central, MyRepChat, etc… in the “From” dropdown:

Your reminders will now be sent from your Zoom Phone, etc… phone number.
Please note, since reminders are now coming from your own number, GReminders does not have visibility into deliveries or replies. Those are handled outside of the system. So you will not see delivery confirmations, or reply confirmations/declines in GReminders. Those will all come to your number.
Multiple Users
If you want to use this same connection for multiple GReminders users you can go to Setup > General and select this your Phone Number under Shared SMS

This will surface this same connection under other GReminders User’s “From” settings in their Client Reminders or Bulk Sends.
