Workflows are key to a scalable and repeatable practice. Workflows basically say when X happens do A + B + C.

When you are doing calls or having discussions with clients many topics are mentioned and life events are discussed. AI can recommend RELEVANT Workflows post Meeting via the AI Notetaker.

RELEVANT Workflows is the key, and Context for AI is EVERYTHING.

Enter “Context” for AI Workflows.

Navigate to Setup > Integrations > pick the CRM or Workflow Tool you have integrated and click on the AI Workflows Tab

Here you should see all the Workflows you have built inside that application. In this case we are looking at Redtail Workflows.

What you want to do here is take the “institutional knowledge” from your head and put it here. For example if you have a 401k Rollover Workflow, you want to tell the system that you want to recommend this workflow for triggering when a Job Change is mentioned. This will ensure that when the client talks about switching or switched to a new employer that the system recommend the 401k Rollover Workflow.

Write simple descriptions, online liner are fine, just as you see above. This will give the AI enough “context” to make the most relevant recommendations.
