New Navigation Menu – Oct 2025

Yes, I know, nobody likes change, especially when it comes to User Interfaces. Last Time Tesla changed the UI I couldn’t even figure out how to turn on the Radio.

But like all things that are in a constant state of growth we need to step back every year or two and ask if things needs to be rearranged to make more coherent sense. GReminders releases features every week, sometimes 2-3 per week. Thats approx 120 new features in the last 2 years without any change in the Organizational Structure.

So we have stepped back a moment and made some changes to better reflect how you navigate and how you access certain elements and capabilities. These are all Navigation and Labeling Changes, the base functionality is the same.

Summary of Changes

  • Moved most “Management/Admin” Functions under Setup (upper Right hand Corner)
  • Regrouped “User” Functions on Left Navigation
  • Renamed some of them to “My” to make it clearer what User vs Org Level is (this was probably the biggest source of confusion for folks)
  • If you are an Admin you can now Switch User from the right menu under Profile (previously you had to go into Org Settings > Users)
  • Renamed Connected Services to My Integrations (these are User Level Integrations)
  • Added Tools in Profile Dropdown (easy access to GR Sidebar and New Mobile Apps)

Administrative / Setup Area Changes

  • Notice when you go into Setup mode the top bar color changes to Dark Blue, making it a bit easier to understand you are in the Admin area vs the normal User area.
  • Renamed Custom “Questions” or “Variables” to Custom “Fields” (simpler and more consistent)
  • Moved Advanced and Keywords under Email/Phone Mapping
  • Moved Data Retention and Compliance Settings into its own Settings Page
  • Grouped User/Profile/Groups/Security under Access
  • Grouped Notetaker Stuff Together (broke out Notetaker Branding)

Here you can see changes to the main screen users interact with:

We hope you will find the new navigation simpler to navigate and find areas that you need to interface with.

We build for you. We are always looking for Feedback.
