After using the AI Notetaker, you get a Summary, Action Items and recommended Workflows. And now you also get Recommended Opportunities.

Opportunities are ways to track various financial advisory client engagements to build your book of business. An opportunity could be an Annuity, Retirement Plan, or 401k, for example, that you are working on for a company or individual.

Opportunities are created within your CRM, but historically have been underutilized by Financial Advisors because they are “work” to create and manage.

Now with GReminders’ AI Notetaker we are recommending “Opportunities” based on conversations when various life events are mentioned.

Customization

If you want to further customize Opportunity Recommendations you can do this under Notetaker Templates > Advanced where you can customize what types of Opportunities you want to surface. If you are in Insurance or Accounting you may surface different opportunities than a Financial Planner.
