What we are looking for:
As an Onboarding & Customer Success Specialist at GReminders, you will be the driving force behind turning new users into lifelong power users.
You will take ownership of the client onboarding journey - specifically working with professionals in the Wealth Management and Financial Advisory space -
to automate their scheduling workflows and optimize their pre- and post-meeting activities.
What You’ll Do
- Client Onboarding & Implementation: Guide new customers through a 2-to-8-week weekly onboarding journey, building custom workflows and ensuring they are confident taking the reins.
- Product Expertise: Become a deeply knowledgeable expert on GReminders and the ecosystem of software we integrate with.
- Consultative Problem Solving: Run daily Zoom screen-share sessions to understand clients' unique business processes and deliver tailored solutions.
- Long-Term Account Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with existing accounts, handle priority support issues, and contribute to our customer knowledge base.
Who You Are
- Industry Experience: You have 1–2+ years of experience working within a Wealth Management or Financial Advisory firm (ideally as a Client Services Associate or in a similar operational role).
- Tech-Savvy & Logical: You quickly grasp new software and intuitively understand technical concepts like Data/Object Mapping, Sync processes, and browser environments (Chrome, Firefox).
- An Expert Communicator: You possess a warm, professional phone personality and are entirely comfortable being on a web camera for client deep-dives.
- A Confident Advisor: You understand business processes and are opinionated about best practices. You aren't afraid to gently "push back" when necessary to ensure a client builds a maintainable, efficient system.
- Highly Organized: You can juggle multiple client onboarding timelines simultaneously without letting details slip through the cracks.
You can work from anywhere. This is a remote position.
We do need you to have a quiet environment that allows you to be on calls without background noise.
You may be on web camera from time to time (via Zoom) on customer calls.
You will work with seasoned SaaS Founders and Engineers side by side growing the business in a meaningful way.
