Setup

Go to Bulk Sends and click Create New.

Choose Ongoing Automation, General Notification, Email and Select CRM Contacts

Click Next

Choose DAILY at a fixed Time

In Criteria choose Birthday and “is today”. This will run daily and check to see if any of your contacts have a Birthday today. You can additional criteria such as Status = Active Client, etc… You decide the criteria.

Next give your email a Subject and in the Body you can have GReminders generate a HTML eCard automatically.

Click AI Email Generator

From here select some options and add context as needed.

The system will automatically personalize these using Variables.

You can click Generate Email and it will Preview your results.

If you want to refine it more copy the prompt to your Favorite LLM such as Gemini, CoPilot, Claude, etc… and refine your card there. Then when its ready paste in the HTML.

Send yourself a Test Message.

Edit the Content further or click

Next mark the Bulk send as Active and click SAVE.

That’s It.

The system will run daily and automatically send your clients Birthday Wishes.
