You can connect calendars to GReminders under Manage Calendars.
Indicate which calendars you wish to:
- Set Primary
- Determine which calendar new events booked via GReminders should be created on.
- Send reminders
- Determine which calendars GReminders should use to send Client Reminders.
- Check availability
- Select any calendar that should be considered when checking your availability for scheduling.
- Notetaker
- Notetaker can check multiple calendars to auto-join virtual meetings; this requires the meeting link to be in the Event Location.
- Pre Mtg Briefs
- Pre Meeting Briefs will be sent for items on the selected calendars; this requires a linked CRM contact in the event.
