GReminders is uniquely positioned in the market as the only full solution for the Meeting Lifecycle in our vertical with deep integrations to systems Financial Firms use everyday.

Our platform is a high-performance bridge between complex calendar engines, deep CRM integrations, and real-time AI automation. We aren't looking for a "frontend specialist" or a "backend specialist" - we are looking for Full Stack Engineers who can own a feature from the database schema all the way to the React component.

• The Slope of Your Learning: We care more about the trajectory of your growth than the total number of years on your resume. You should be someone who absorbs new tech quickly and applies it practically.
• Agile Beyond the Buzzword: To us, "Agile" isn't just a Jira board. It’s a philosophy. You understand the trade-offs between flexibility and abstraction. You believe that early optimization is the root of all evil and prefer shipping clean, functional code over "Not Invented Here" perfectionism.
• True Full Stack: You are equally comfortable architecting a relational database, building a performant JSON API, and crafting a responsive, intuitive UI in React. You understand how a change in the backend ripples through to the user’s screen.
• Database & Scale Native: You have a solid grasp of SQL, Relational Databases, and NoSQL/JSON formats. You don't just write queries; you understand the cost of those queries when scaling from "test data" to tens of millions of rows. You know what information is "primary" vs. "secondary" and store it accordingly.

• Frontend: React / JS / Bootstrap (Clean, fast, and highly interactive)
• Backend: PHP 8+ (Modern) & Python
• Architecture: MVC / JSON APIs / Micro-services where it makes sense
• Data: PostgreSQL / JSON storage
• Processing: Heavy emphasis on Async Processing and background jobs
• Integrations: A massive web of External APIs (CRMs, VOIPs, Salesforce, Google, Office365, Twilio, etc.)
• Cutting Edge: NLP / LLM integrations

• Mac or Linux (your choice)
• Docker-based development environment
• IDE of your choice (we are partial to IntelliJ)
• Slack for high-bandwidth, transparent communication

• You’ve worked with complex CRM APIs like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• You have experience building Chatbots or AI-driven meeting assistants.
• You have a keen eye for UX/UI and can spot where a workflow feels "clunky."
