The Role
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who is part detective
and part educator.
You won’t just be answering "how-to" questions; you will be troubleshooting
complex sync issues between calendar providers (Google, Outlook, Exchange) and financial CRMs.
You will act as a frontline expert,
ensuring our users can rely on our automation to run their businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to calendar sync, SMS delivery, and CRM data mapping (Redtail, Wealthbox, Salesforce, Dynamics, etc...).
- Customer Advocacy: Provide high-touch support via email, and Zoom screen-sharing sessions to walk users through solutions.
- Documentation: Author and maintain Knowledge Base articles to empower users to self-serve.
- Product Feedback: Act as the bridge between our customers and our engineering team, identifying recurring bugs and suggesting feature improvements.
- QA Testing: Assist in testing new software releases and integrations to ensure a seamless "it just works" experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Software Savvy: Understanding of cloud-based software and integrations (Data Models, Data Mapping, etc...).
- CRM Familiarity: Experience with CRM architecture (objects, fields, and workflows) is highly preferred.
- Clear Communicator: Ability to translate "technical jargon" into simple, actionable steps for non-technical users.
- Solution-Oriented: A drive to find the root cause of issues rather than just applying a quick fix.
- Pattern-Oriented: You have a "logical" brain. You naturally notice when things repeat and enjoy organizing chaotic information into clear categories.
Technical "Bonus Points"
- Experience in the Wealth Management industry.
- Familiarity with AI tools and meeting recorders.
