What we are looking for:
We need a "technical storyteller." You should be as comfortable discussing Salesforce Interaction Summary Objects and Webhook or API flows as you are presenting the business value of AI-automated workflows to a CEO.
You will partner with our Account Executives to lead technical discovery, handle complex demos, and navigate the rigorous security reviews required by larger financial institutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Technical Discovery & Demos: Lead the technical portion of sales presentations. Beyond just showing features, you will build custom workflows and proofs-of-concept (POC) tailored to a firm’s specific tech stack (Redtail, Salesforce, Wealthbox, Dynamics, etc.).
- The "Integrations Expert": Deep-dive into how GReminders interacts with O365, various CRMs, financial planning and other workflow tools. You’ll help clients understand data mapping and synchronization logic.
- Security & Compliance Lead: Large firms have strict requirements. You will own the completion of Security Questionnaires (SOC2, etc.) and lead calls with IT/InfoSec teams to clear the path for procurement.
- Bridge to Product: Act as the voice of the customer for our Engineering team. You’ll translate enterprise requirements and "feature gaps" into actionable feedback for the product roadmap.
- Implementation Hand-off: Ensure a smooth transition from a closed deal to successful onboarding by documenting the technical requirements gathered during the sales cycle.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Product, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting, ideally within SaaS.
- Domain Expertise: Familiarity with the Financial Services landscape (Fintech) and the compliance requirements (FINRA, SEC, HIPAA) that govern it.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of API structures and Webhooks.
- Expert-level knowledge of Calendar protocols (Outlook/Exchange/Google).
- Experience with CRM architecture (Salesforce, Dynamics, Redtail, or Wealthbox is a huge plus).
- Communication: You can explain "how it works" to a non-technical person without losing the nuance, and you can hold your own in a room full of IT Architects.
- Problem Solver: You enjoy "hacking" together solutions to meet unique client needs using our existing automation tools and integrations.
You will work with seasoned SaaS Founders, Sales/Marketing and Engineers side by side growing the business in a meaningful way. We are a small team but we punch above our weight class.
