The Mission
At GReminders, we build "Workhorse Software." Our platform manages the complex intersection of calendar APIs, deep CRM integrations, and AI-driven automation. We don’t just sell a tool; we sell efficiency.
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who is as comfortable in a code editor as they are in a deep-dive customer interview. Your goal is to deeply understand our users' roles and personas to ensure every feature we ship makes their lives measurably more effective.
The Core Mandate: Deep Persona Mastery
You won't just "gather requirements." You will become an expert on our users:
- Empathize with Personas: You must deeply understand the day-to-day reality of our core users (e.g., the Wealth Manager, the Paraplanner, and the Administrative Assistant). You know what their "Monday Morning" looks like and where their manual bottlenecks live.
- Workflow Optimization: You don't just ask "What do you want?"; you ask "What are you trying to achieve?" You identify how to re-engineer their workflows to be more efficient, often suggesting solutions they didn't know were possible.
- Outcome-Centricity: Success isn't measured by a completed ticket; it’s measured by the advisor who reclaimed five hours of their week because of an automation you perfected.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Strategy & Discovery
Bridge the Gap: Translate high-level business use cases (e.g., "Automating the client onboarding journey") into granular technical requirements for engineering, including data mapping schemas and logic flows.
Pattern Recognition: Identify recurring friction points in support tickets and turn them into permanent product solutions or automated self-service tools.

Hands-on Execution (The "Full-Stack" PM)
Code & UI Polish: You have the skills and the "keys" to open a PR. You will personally fix minor UI bugs, adjust CSS/HTML for better alignment, and correct front-end logic or text strings to improve clarity.
Technical Communication: You will write the Knowledge Base articles, technical release notes, and "How-To" guides. Because you understand the persona, you know exactly how to explain a complex automation in a way that is helpful and accessible.
Bridge to Engineering: For major features, you write the specs. For minor items, you just fix them. This keeps our senior developers focused on heavy architectural lifting while you ensure the "fit and finish" is perfect.
Who You Are
- The "User Detective": You are obsessed with how people work. You can look at a CRM interface and immediately see how GReminders can make that user's life 10x more efficient.
- Technical Competency: You have a background in software development or high-level technical support. You can read/edit code (JS, HTML/CSS, basic backend logic) and understand how web applications function under the hood.
- The "Finisher": You hate typos, unaligned buttons, and vague error messages. You have the skills to jump in and fix them yourself rather than just filing a ticket.
- Analytical Mindset: You naturally notice patterns in data and user behavior, using those insights to drive the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in Product Management or a Technical Lead role in a SaaS environment.
- Hard Skills: Ability to navigate a Git repository, submit minor code changes, and a strong understanding of REST APIs and Webhooks.
- Persona Mapping: Proven experience in building for specific user roles and creating efficiency-driven workflows.
- Communication: Exceptional writing skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
