Enterprise/Mid Market Account Executive

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a sophisticated, high-energy Enterprise Account Executive to lead our expansion into larger Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts.
While our SMB business is high-velocity, our Enterprise segment involves navigating complex organizational structures, security reviews, and multi-stakeholder decisions.
You will focus on deals with 50+ seats, typically targeting Mid-Market RIA firms, Broker-Dealers, and Credit Unions.
You should be comfortable managing an ACV of $25k - $100k+, with a typical sales cycle of 3 to 9 months.
Your Responsibilities:
- Full Cycle Ownership: Drive the entire sales process from initial discovery and platform demos to complex contract negotiations and closing.
- Strategic Prospecting: While you will receive inbound leads, you will also strategically target "Top-Down" opportunities within our core verticals (Wealth Management, Insurance, and Banking).
- Stakeholder Management: Navigate through "No" to find the "Yes" by building relationships with C-Suite executives, IT/Security teams, and Compliance officers.
- Solution Selling: Go beyond features; you will sell the ROI of AI-driven meeting management and its impact on firm-wide efficiency and compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our Product and Engineering teams to communicate enterprise requirements and with Marketing to refine our enterprise messaging.
- Expertise: Become a subject matter expert in Fintech compliance (HIPAA, FINRA, SEC) as it relates to scheduling and AI documentation.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years specifically in Mid-Market or Enterprise segments.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep experience in Fintech or selling into Financial Services is highly preferred. You should understand the "language" of financial advisors and broker-dealers.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable leading security and technical deep-dives with IT Directors and CTOs.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation skills—both via Zoom and in-person. You must be able to command a room (or a gallery view) of executives.
- Proven Track Record: A history of meeting or exceeding quotas in a complex, multi-stakeholder sales environment. Experience with $25k-$100k+ ACV deals is essential.
You will work with seasoned SaaS Founders, Sales/Marketing and Engineers side by side growing the business in a meaningful way. We are a small team but we punch above our weight class.
