With GReminders you can bring your own Email service. If you use Google or Microsoft see this article.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have Redtail Email or another non Google\/Microsoft provider you can use your SMTP Mail Server to send mail (outgoing).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To set this up go to My Profile > My Integrations > Select SMTP<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are using Outlook Desktop you can probably get these settings from your Outlook Settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open Outlook
Go to File \u2192 Account Settings \u2192 Account Settings
Select your email account
Click Change
Click More Settings\u2026
Go to Advanced and Outgoing Server tabs
Here you should see:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Settings for Redtail (Zimbra) Email Users<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Username: [your full email address hosted with Redtail]
SMTP Server: smtp.redtailtechnology.com<\/code>
SMTP Port: 465<\/code> (SSL)
