When you purchase one or more Notetaker Unlimited License(s)<\/a> you will decide who those licenses should be assigned to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To apply AI Notetaker Licenses you must be an Administrator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Go to Setup > Users<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click Edit next to the User<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Check the box under Extra Licenses, Notetaker License<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Repeat this for other Users who you want to enable for Notetaker Licenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
