{"id":9350,"date":"2025-05-27T21:08:46","date_gmt":"2025-05-27T21:08:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/?p=9350"},"modified":"2025-05-27T23:02:48","modified_gmt":"2025-05-27T23:02:48","slug":"manage-notetaker-follow-up-activities","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/manage-notetaker-follow-up-activities\/","title":{"rendered":"Manage Follow Up Activities"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>After you meet with a Client there are usual follow up activities, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Logging the Call Notes back to your CRM or System of Record<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assigning Tasks to Staff members for various To Dos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sending the Client a Follow Up Email recapping the discussion and asking them to complete any outstanding items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Launching certain Workflows <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating Opportunities that should be tracked for Revenue or other purposes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are using AI Notetaker you can now better track which Meetings have had all their respective follow ups completed or which ones still need attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the AI Notetaker Page you will now see meetings where Follow Ups have been sent AND if a meeting had their Notes Written Back<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"595\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/follow_up_notetaker_list-1024x595.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9351\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/follow_up_notetaker_list-1024x595.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/follow_up_notetaker_list-300x174.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/follow_up_notetaker_list-768x446.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/follow_up_notetaker_list.jpg 1194w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also Filter meetings that have or have not been followed up on OR if a Meeting&#8217;s Summary was written back to the CRM\/System of Record.
