ZERO WORK for you, ZERO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By default, it requires you (the host) to review the summary and push it, however if you are looking for even further automation you can now do this 100% automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to Setup > Integrations > Select the CRM you have integrated with (You must be an Admin in GReminders), then look for the Automatically Writeback AI Notetaker Summaries option:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"191\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/automatically_writeback_summaries-1024x191.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9319\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/automatically_writeback_summaries-1024x191.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/automatically_writeback_summaries-300x56.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/automatically_writeback_summaries-768x143.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/automatically_writeback_summaries.jpg 1166w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>and set it to YES.    The Default is No.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then hit Save.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The next time an AI Summary is generated from a new Meeting, AND assuming we can find an associated Contact in your CRM based on the participants, we will automatically write the AI Summary back as a note into your CRM. This works for Redtail, Wealthbox, Salesforce, Practifi, XLR8, Quivr, Hubspot, Pipedrive, etc&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note: for some firms that require their users to review Summaries before logging them back, due to compliance reasons, you may want to keep the Default &#8220;NO&#8221; Settings here. But this is for each customer\/firm to decide what is right for them.
