If you have problems please read on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Troubleshooting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please make sure your password is actually correct.<\/strong>    This is your Email Password, likely different then what you use to logon to your computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Confirm this by going to: <br><a href=\"https:\/\/agmail-2fa.smarshmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\">https:\/\/agmail-2fa.smarshmail.com<\/a> OR <a href=\"https:\/\/agmail.smarshmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\">https:\/\/agmail.smarshmail.com<\/a><br>and logging in with the same password you entered above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other things to Mention:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Intermedia is the actual host of your Email\/Calendar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your Email\/Calendar is being hosted on Microsoft Exchange &#8220;Hosted&#8221; (You are not on Microsoft Office 365 of Microsoft 365\/Cloud)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have issues connecting please send an email to open a ticket with support@greminders.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alternative Solution (for Redtail Customers)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>IF you are a Redtail Customer AND you use Outlook Desktop you can use  Redtail&#8217;s Tailwag product which syncs your Outlook Desktop&#8217;s Calendar to Redtail Calendar.   From here you can connect Redtail Calendar to GReminders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/support.redtailtechnology.com\/s\/article\/Download-and-Usage-of-Retriever-for-Tailwag\">Download Tailwag&nbsp; (Windows Only)<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Install Tailwag (use this configuration below)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sync Calendar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skip Contacts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set sync to every 1 hour (you can set it to shorter to speed up sync times)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This should sync your Outlook Events to Redtail Calendar (it may take 15-30 minutes on initial sync)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go back to GReminders and go to Manage Calendars\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Connect your Redtail Calendar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After 30 minutes you should see your Outlook Events in GReminders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>This method works by syncing your local Outlook Calendar to Redtail.
