Once a number is blacklisted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Automated Blocking:<\/strong> The system will cease sending text reminders to that specific phone number to ensure <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-admin\/post.php?post=6325&amp;action=edit&amp;rp4wp_parent=8447\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TCPA &amp; SMS compliance<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Keyword Blacklisting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can use Keywords to prevent reminders from trigger for specific events on your calendar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any event containing a specific blacklisted keyword or phrase in its title will be ignored by the reminder system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Opt Out Scheduling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can block certain clients or customers from booking with you by adding their email or domain to this Optout Scheduling List. There is a setting on the Event Type to respect this list or not.
