Administrator and standard users are the default profiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To invite a new user, enter from one to eight email addresses or contact support at <strong>Greminders.com<\/strong> for adding users at the Enterprise level. Indicate the profile you would like the user to inherit during sign-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Administrators will have advanced controls over users. By simply clicking the drop down arrow on that users row you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Edit the user&#8217;s profile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deactivate a user so they don&#8217;t count against your user number, but you retain their data for reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completely delete the user.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send a password reset notification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Log in as the user.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"666\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-37-1024x666.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11377\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-37-1024x666.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-37-300x195.png 300w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-37-768x500.png 768w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-37.png 1320w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>If you &#8220;login as&#8221; the user, at the top of the screen you&#8217;ll see you are masquerading as the user. You can view the user&#8217;s upcoming events and scheduled reminders, see the managed templates available to the user, and any templates the user has created themselves if allowed by the administrator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also see managed and user-created <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/event-type-templates-for-administrators\/\">event types<\/a>.
