For example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the invitee answered &#8220;Yes, I have met with Phil Ward,&#8221; we route to Phil Ward&#8217;s scheduling calendar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the invitee answered &#8220;No, I would like to schedule an initial consultation,&#8221; we could route them directly to a round-robin team scheduling calendar or route them to a secondary routing form to gather additional information, such as pre-qualifying questions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Here&#8217;s an example of how it works in the real world:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A website visitor clicks on the &#8220;Meet with an Advisor&#8221; link.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They are presented with our first routing form where they select &#8220;No, I would like to schedule an initial consultation.&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>That answer links to a second routing form with additional questions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The website visitor is then taken to the round-robin team scheduling calendar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Here&#8217;s another example of how you can use routing with an integrated CRM:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Simply ask the website visitor to enter their email address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our system searches the CRM for the owner of the record or servicing advisor in this example.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The visitor is then taken to the appropriate person&#8217;s scheduling calendar to book a meeting.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Event Type Routing Event type routing is used when you would like to route an invitee to schedule with the best possible member of your team.
