Please Note: Microsoft Teams is a Office 365 feature and typically not available for Consumer Microsoft Accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However if you have your CRM calendar connected and not your Microsoft Account you sometimes may experience issues connecting Microsoft Teams directly.    You can try this by going to <a href=\"https:\/\/app.greminders.com\/connectors\/available\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Connected Services and adding Microsoft Teams<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However if you are hitting Connections issues like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/microsoft_account_connection_issue.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8025\" width=\"563\" height=\"250\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/microsoft_account_connection_issue.png 948w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/microsoft_account_connection_issue-300x133.png 300w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/microsoft_account_connection_issue-768x341.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 563px) 100vw, 563px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>There is a fix\/work around. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/app.greminders.com\/manage\">Manage Calendar<\/a> and click Connect Another Calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Select Microsoft Office 365 calendar (dont check any of the boxes after it connects) but doing so should also get you access to Microsoft Teams, which you can then add to your Event Types.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#8217;s It. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you continue to have any issues please contact us at support@greminders.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In certain cases, where Microsoft accounts are more locked down, you may have issues connecting directly with your Microsoft Teams Account.
