The entire setup process takes just a few minutes to complete and you could be ending the back and forth of scheduling and eliminating no-shows just minutes from now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Please Note:<\/strong> Each GReminders user will need to enable the integration with Wealthbox for these functions to work on each GReminder&#8217;s account. Each GReminders user also needs to <strong>only connect their own calendar(s) <\/strong>and not sync the calendars of others. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Syncing Wealthbox with Your Calendar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Before setting up your Wealthbox integration with GReminders, you&#8217;ll need to make sure Wealthbox is synced with your <a href=\"https:\/\/help.wealthbox.com\/en\/articles\/1670017-how-do-i-link-my-wealthbox-calendar-to-my-google-calendar\">Google<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/help.wealthbox.com\/en\/articles\/4278329-how-do-i-enable-2-way-sync-with-outlook-calendar\">Outlook<\/a> Calendar. This will allow GReminders to search Wealthbox for matching phone numbers and contact names based on the email address of your contact. Here&#8217;s how it works:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"504\" height=\"524\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/GoogleEvent2.jpg\" alt=\"Google Calendar Event\" class=\"wp-image-4908\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/GoogleEvent2.jpg 504w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/GoogleEvent2-289x300.jpg 289w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 504px) 100vw, 504px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Invite a Wealthbox contact as a guest when creating an event in Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar and GReminders will import the contact&#8217;s details so we can send personalized SMS, email or phone call reminders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"688\" height=\"834\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/WBEvent.jpg\" alt=\"Wealthbox event\" class=\"wp-image-4907\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/WBEvent.jpg 688w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/WBEvent-247x300.jpg 247w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 688px) 100vw, 688px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also create an event under your Wealthbox contact and once saved, the event details and contact information will be imported into GReminders, ready to trigger appointment reminders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"456\" height=\"312\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/wbcalendar.jpg\" alt=\"Wealthbox Calendar Event\" class=\"wp-image-4909\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/wbcalendar.jpg 456w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/wbcalendar-300x205.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 456px) 100vw, 456px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Or create an event directly onto the calendar in Wealthbox. Include more details and link your contact using the &#8220;<strong>Related to<\/strong>&#8221; field and you&#8217;re all set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Use Primary Contact Address Zip Code to get Timezone<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also checked by default is, Use Primary Contact Address Zip Code to get Timezone. Our system will check your Wealthbox contact record for a &#8220;Mailing Address&#8221;. We then determine if the Mailing Address is in a different Time Zone than your user account and send reminders to your contacts in their local time. There is additional information about this option <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/sending-appointment-reminders-in-your-clients-time-zone\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Create Note against matching Contact<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"918\" height=\"196\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/writeback2.jpg\" alt=\"Wealthbox Writeback Option\" class=\"wp-image-4901\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/writeback2.jpg 918w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/writeback2-300x64.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/writeback2-768x164.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 918px) 100vw, 918px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>When selected, reminders sent by GReminders will be written back to Wealthbox as a note (above). If your contact replies to your reminder with Yes, a checkmark will appear next to the title of your event.
