We understand how specific data related to events scheduled on your team&#8217;s calendars can tell you a lot about the health of your company. Are there too many internal meetings being scheduled and too few client demos? Who in your organization is scheduling the most meetings? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you use GReminders, you&#8217;ll have access to reports to help you understand your business better. GReminders syncs with your Google, Outlook or Redtail calendars, allowing you to schedule meetings using our automated scheduling or schedule meetings manually. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This means our system can gather some or all of the following data on your events:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Types of Meetings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How the Event was Scheduled (using Automated or Manual Scheduling)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Which User&#8217;s Calendar an Event was Scheduled on<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What Type of Reminders You are Sending Clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Number of Events that were Confirmed Using GReminders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Number of Events that were Rescheduled  Using GReminders <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Number of Events that were Cancelled Using GReminders <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How Many Clients Opted Out of Receiving Reminders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This information can be valuable in helping you to understand who in your organization is scheduling appointments, how many appointments are being scheduled, what type of appointments they are scheduling, if clients are confirming or declining meetings, as well as your notetaker usage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Access Reports<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Administrators on your account can access these reports as well as Standard users when the Global Administrator has given access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"939\" height=\"159\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/AccessReports.jpg\" alt=\"Access the Reports\" class=\"wp-image-4875\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/AccessReports.jpg 939w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/AccessReports-300x51.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/AccessReports-768x130.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 939px) 100vw, 939px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>To access Reports, go to Setup > <strong>Usage Reports<\/strong> and select <strong>Activity<\/strong> (above).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To give specific Users access to reports, go to Setup > <strong>Profiles<\/strong> and select the profile you wish to give access to Reports, select it, and check Usage Reports.
