The Contact\u2019s full name is imported into GReminders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.) The Contact\u2019s mobile phone number is imported into GReminders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.) A copy of the reminder that will be or has been sent to your contact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although you can check this out anytime you like in GReminders, once you set up your reminder templates and integrate with Redtail, all of this will happen automatically in the background.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reminder Templates<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"934\" height=\"502\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/ReminderTemplate1.jpg\" alt=\"Use personal Variable\" class=\"wp-image-3998\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/ReminderTemplate1.jpg 934w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/ReminderTemplate1-300x161.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/ReminderTemplate1-768x413.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 934px) 100vw, 934px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>With the integration and importation of contacts\u2019 name and phone number, when you set up your reminder templates (above), you can use SMS reminders and you can include your contacts\u2019 names into the reminder message using the {{invitee.firstname}} variable. The variable can be selected from the Insert a Variable dropdown list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Option #2:<\/strong> <strong>Create Note Against Matching Contact<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"954\" height=\"236\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Writeback2.jpg\" alt=\"Writeback Notes to Redtail\" class=\"wp-image-4011\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Writeback2.jpg 954w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Writeback2-300x74.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Writeback2-768x190.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 954px) 100vw, 954px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have selected the option to Create Note Against Matching Contact, a copy of the reminders your clients receive will be added to latest notes under the matching contact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Option #3: <strong>Create Contact in Redtail CRM when New Meeting is Booked<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>GReminders allows you to create an online appointment booking calendar that allows your prospects and clients to schedule their own appointments. This can save a tremendous amount of time that is associated with calling clients to schedule appointments manually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can setup your Events using Event Types or Event Type Templates:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"448\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Event_Template1-1024x448.jpg\" alt=\"Event Type Setup\" class=\"wp-image-3992\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Event_Template1-1024x448.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Event_Template1-300x131.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Event_Template1-768x336.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Event_Template1.jpg 1128w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>To access the Event Template at the User level, choose Event Types from the Main Menu under Scheduling.
