There are thousands of applications and services you can stitch together to create integrations.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are a few examples of using Zapier with GReminders:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add Emails to a Marketing Automation Campaign (such as MailChimp, Airtable, ClickFunnels, etc&#8230;) for anyone who books a meeting with you (w\/ or w\/o GReminders Scheduling)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Log all Meetings to a Spreadsheet for further analysis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ok, lets get started.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Setup a Zapier account and create a NEW ZAP<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>2. For the Event select Catch Hook. The &#8220;listener&#8221; has been created on Zapier. Open up another Browser Tab and go to GReminders. Go to SETUP > API &amp; Webhooks. Create a New Webhook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Name your Webook.  &#8220;zapier&#8221; is fine for now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Copy the URL from above into the Endpoint URL<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then select which &#8220;Triggers&#8221; you want to notify Zapier about.   We will select Event (Created, Updated, Deleted).  This means that anytime an Event\/Appointment is created\/modified\/rescheduled\/ or cancelled\/deleted we will notify Zapier. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then hit Save.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"916\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image-1024x916.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10839\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image-1024x916.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image-300x268.png 300w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image-768x687.png 768w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/image.png 1363w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Now we are going to TEST our &#8220;Trigger&#8221;.    Since we told GReminders to &#8220;notify zapier&#8221; (by entering the URL above) when a new Event\/Appointment is created, updated or deleted we will test one of these.    Simply go to your Google or Outlook Calendar and create a new Event\/Appointment.    Then wait a minute or so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Back to Zapier. Click Continue.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10.  Next, we need to decide what we want to do when we trigger this Zapier Hook. For demonstration purposes, we will simply add any new Appointments to a Google Spreadsheet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here we suggest you precreate a Spreadsheet in your Google Drive with a few column headers such as Name, Description, Start Date, Participants, etc&#8230;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Select this Google Spreadsheet and sign into your Google Account via Zapier (follow the prompts).     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"723\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/create_spreadsheet-1024x723.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3886\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/create_spreadsheet-1024x723.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/create_spreadsheet-300x212.png 300w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/create_spreadsheet-768x542.png 768w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/create_spreadsheet.png 1329w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>11. Under Setup Action, this is where we need to tell Zapier where to &#8220;map&#8221; the various fields.   In our case we will map fields to columns.
