Instead, this is multiple, <strong><em>one-on-one events<\/em><\/strong> that occur at the same time. Each invitee is treated separately in our system and reminders will be sent accordingly.<strong><em> That means you&#8217;ll receive confirmation from each individual as well<\/em><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Setting Up Event Types with Overlapping Bookings <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"942\" height=\"519\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Event_Setup.jpg\" alt=\"Event Type Setup\" class=\"wp-image-3532\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Event_Setup.jpg 942w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Event_Setup-300x165.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Event_Setup-768x423.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 942px) 100vw, 942px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>While setting up a <strong><em>One on One Event Type<\/em><\/strong> template, under Event Bookings, choose the Max # of Events you will allow per time slot. Complete the rest of the template and save.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"593\" height=\"434\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/CalEvent.jpg\" alt=\"Calendar Event\" class=\"wp-image-3533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/CalEvent.jpg 593w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/CalEvent-300x220.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 593px) 100vw, 593px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>When multiple events are booked at the same time, you will see two or more appointments in the same time slot on your Google or Outlook calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the Max number of bookings you have indicated have been scheduled, the time will no longer be available on your online booking calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Assigning a Colleague an Event<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you would like to assign an event to a colleague who has shared their calendar with you, follow the steps below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"429\" height=\"424\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/editEvent2.jpg\" alt=\"assign event in Google Calendar\" class=\"wp-image-3534\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/editEvent2.jpg 429w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/editEvent2-300x297.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 429px) 100vw, 429px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are a Google Calendar user, open the event and choose edit event.
