If you are an Outlook or Microsoft 365\/Microsoft Office 365 Calendar user and you have appointments or meetings with customers, most likely you have had some of your customers miss a meeting and you have had issues scheduling meeting, going back and forth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GReminders is an addon to your Outlook or Microsoft Office 365 which does two key things:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Send your clients and customers Email or SMS\/Text Reminders<\/a> to eliminate No Shows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Allow your customers to automatically schedule a meeting with you using a booking link that you share with them, eliminating the back and forth that happens when it comes to manually finding a date and time to schedule a meeting.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    First lets review Email and SMS\/Text reminders. <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    You set an appointment for next week. You show up on time on the day of the scheduled appointment and your client doesn’t show. Sound familiar?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Automated reminders are one of the best ways to get your clients to show up. GReminders does exactly that by sending appointment reminders for meetings on your Outlook calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    So, how does it work? Let’s look at the Outlook\/Office 365 Integration in GReminders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1) Go to your Outlook Calendar and create an event (or modify an existing event) and add your customer’s Mobile number to the appointment, like so:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2) Login to GReminders<\/a> with your Microsoft Login. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3) GReminders will ask for a few permissions to read your Calender Events. The system will automatically sync your calendar events to GReminders. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4) Follow these instructions to make your first Client Reminder<\/a>. If you like you can setup multiple Email\/SMS Reminders or even Phone Call Reminders. Of course you can customize your messaging<\/a> and also adjust or add additional reminders are you see fit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
