If you would like to customize the look of your email reminders using a banner image at the top of your email and a logo in your signature, you can do this quickly and easily using GReminders\u2019 appointment reminder software<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

EMBED YOUR LOGO <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Upload your logo to GReminders:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In GReminders, navigate to Setup > Look & Feel. Upload your logo by clicking on Upload Your Square Logo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TO EMBED ANY IMAGE IN AN EMAIL REMINDER<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Step 1: Get the Image URL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Navigate to the image on your website AND right click on the image and select \u201cCopy image address\u201d and paste it into Notepad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Step 2: Insert the Image into your Email Template<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Now click on Reminder Templates<\/a> and create an email reminder<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the top of your email message, paste the following code:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<img src=\"REPLACE with Image Link\" style=\"width: 150px; height: 150px;\" \/><\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n
The height we specified here is a square (150pixels by 150pixels).   You can adjust this to match the dimensions of your Image.   We recommend keeping this below 400 pixels wide for smaller mobile screens, but its up to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Copy the link you previously saved for your banner and place it into the html code above, leaving the quotation marks<\/em><\/strong>. You can adjust the width and height as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
