GReminders connects with Investipal <\/a>so your AI Notetaker Meeting Summaries can be used automatically to build client proposals and prep for upcoming meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Connecting the Integration<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. In Investipal, click your profile icon (top right) and select Integrations<\/strong>. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Find GReminders<\/strong> in the integrations list and connect it. This links GReminders at the user level. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Once connected, the integration lets you search your GReminders meetings from any client page, attach summaries to a client, and use those notes in proposals and meeting prep.\u00a0

        Using the Integration<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Open a client record and go to the Notes<\/strong> tab. In the Client Context<\/strong> section you’ll see options to add notes and import meeting summaries.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          1. Click Import from integrations<\/strong>, then search your GReminders AI Notetaker meetings by title or summary. Find the right meeting and click Attach<\/strong> to add the summary to that client.

          2. For proposals:<\/strong> the attached notes are automatically available to personalize Investipal’s AI-generated client proposals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. For meeting prep:<\/strong> click Prepare for meeting<\/strong> in the same Client Context section. Investipal’s AI Assistant uses the client’s context – including your attached GReminders notes – to generate talking points and a prep brief for your next conversation. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
