In this example, we want to make sure our client understands who they will be meeting with, so we select <strong>Calendar Name<\/strong> from the dropdown list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then we can choose from a list of conditions, in this case, <strong>Contains the Word or Phrase<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now we include the name of the Calendar, Dusty in this example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, we only want this reminder to be sent to clients for specific events, so we click on <strong>AND<\/strong> to create a new Criteria and add <strong>Event Title<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>Contains the Word or Phrase<\/strong> &#8211; \u201cComplimentary Consultation\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, we schedule in-person meetings and Zoom meetings and we want to make sure that the client realizes this meeting is at our office. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once again, we click on <strong>AND<\/strong> to display another Criteria statement dropdown box and select <strong>Event Location<\/strong>. Since all Zoom meetings contain the word \u201cZoom\u201d in the location field of our appointment, we select the condition, <strong><em>Does Not<\/em> Contain the Word or Phrase<\/strong> in the dropdown box. When we include the word \u201cZoom\u201d we ensure that appointments scheduled through Zoom will NOT receive this reminder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"321\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/image-2-1024x321.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11101\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/image-2-1024x321.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/image-2-300x94.png 300w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/image-2-768x241.png 768w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/image-2.png 1139w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>We now create a text message containing information specific to this appointment, including the nature of the appointment and who the client is meeting with.
