Once you create an Event Type, you will select who will be a part of the team meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Round-Robin Team Events<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Round Robin meetings automatically assign new bookings to the best available team member at the selected time. Click <strong>View Team Link<\/strong> to access the public scheduling page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How Round-Robin Scheduling Works<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The system shows all times when <strong>at least one<\/strong> team member is available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It automatically assigns the meeting to an available member based on your priority settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The booked time is then blocked on the assigned member&#8217;s calendar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Example<\/strong>: If Ben is busy at 2 PM on Wednesday but Phil is free, the appointment is booked with Phil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">All-Together Team Events<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>An <strong>All Together <\/strong>event is designed to bring the client and the entire team together in one meeting. GReminders looks for a time when all selected team members and the client can meet together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create a new All Together Event Type within your Team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Specify the <strong>Organizer<\/strong>. Any conflict from even one member blocks that slot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: A scheduled All-Together meeting appears on <strong>every<\/strong> team member&#8217;s calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Availability Settings:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In each of these Team Event Types, each person has availability settings. These will use the different Working Hours that each GReminders user has to determine the correct times they are available for meetings at that location. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/working-hours\/\">Click Here<\/a> to learn more about these working hours for each user. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reminders for Team Events<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Round-Robin events<\/strong>: Each team member <strong>must have Client Reminders enabled<\/strong> on their GReminders account. The user&#8217;s account chosen from the round robin distribution will be used to send the Client Reminders. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>All-Together events<\/strong>: The <strong>Organizer&#8217;s<\/strong> account will be used to send the <strong>Client Reminders<\/strong>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Additional Team Event Variations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond basic Round Robin and All Together, <strong>GReminders supports<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Hybrid<\/strong> <strong>Events<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hybrid events combine solo or team meetings with a round robin participant. GReminders first gathers everyone from one side (an individual or a full team) and then automatically selects the best available person from another team to join. This setup is perfect when you want a consistent group to meet with a rotating participant from another team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/2x-round-robin-event-types\/\">2x Round Robin<\/a><\/strong> \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Round Robin &#8220;Squared&#8221; events automatically select one available person from each of two groups to create a meeting.
