This means GReminders can Email or SMS your clients to get them to book their next review when their next Client Review is due.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can read more about the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.redtailtechnology.com\/s\/article\/Client-Reviews\">Redtail feature here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We encourage you to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/client-automation-reviews-on-autopilot\/\">read this article for how to use Bulk Sends in General<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>When setting up Client Reviews in Redtail you first need to Set a &#8220;First Review Date&#8221;. <\/strong>This is the date the &#8220;sequence&#8221; or &#8220;recurrence&#8221; starts. This must match a a user in your GReminders Account. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This will sync your Redtail Contacts to GReminders and these data fields will be available for use in Bulk Sends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, go to back to Home and then go to Bulk Sends. Select Last Review Date and set it to &#8220;is every&#8221;, 1 year, -1 month prior (to proactivley reach out to them 1 month prior to their review).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This means one month before the Review Due date comes due we will send the notification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can add additional criteria such as Client Status, or other fields that you want to filter on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next set the Event Type Template (you need to set this up via Managed Event Types)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"847\" height=\"692\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Screenshot-2026-05-04-184851.4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11456\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Screenshot-2026-05-04-184851.4.png 847w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Screenshot-2026-05-04-184851.4-300x245.png 300w, https:\/\/www.greminders.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Screenshot-2026-05-04-184851.4-768x627.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 847px) 100vw, 847px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Set your Email Content (what you want to say to in the email\/sms)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And select Continued Automations.   This will allow you to continue to send this same message every week for 3 weeks (based on this configuration above) until they book with you.
