When you use GReminders automated scheduling, you can\ncontrol exactly when clients are able to book appointments with you and have a\npredictable schedule every day of the week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s say your typical appointment lasts approximately 90 minutes and you would like to have 30 minutes between appointments to make notes and prepare for your next client. Let\u2019s also assume that you would like to take lunch every day at the same time. Using GReminders’ Specific Start Times feature, your clients are able to book their own appointments with you online while you remain in complete control of your calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Offering Specific Start Times<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You can then prevent clients from scheduling on your calendar within a period of your choosing. For some, this may be a couple of hours and for others, it may be a couple of days. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To control when this meeting is offered, navigate to My Scheduling > Working Hours<\/strong>. Here, you can create different availability schedules and assign them to specific event types or locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within Working Hours on the User Level:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click into the set of Working Hours you are changing, select Advanced (Pick Availability times by Day).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. On the left, select the days of the week to create a schedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Edit the start and end times within one of the dates selected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Hover next to the trash Icon to copy this schedule to other days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Once you have created the schedule within Working Hours you can navigate to the Event Type, find Locations and use the drop downs next to each location to customize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    When clients access your online scheduling calendar, they will see the available time slots you’ve selected for each day. If you set different working hours by location, the calendar will automatically update to display availability based on their selected location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    They select the time that works best for them, complete the scheduling questions you have chosen, and receive a notification of their appointment. They can add the appointment to their calendar and, of course, receive automated reminders you have set up<\/a> to ensure they arrive on time.<\/p>\n\n\n

    You\u2019ll see your client appointments automatically scheduled on your Google Calendar or Outlook\/Outlook 365 Calendar exactly how you planned. You eliminate the back and forth of scheduling and add predictability and efficiency to your day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
