Have them go to their Profile > My Integrations > select NextAgency and have them authorize themselves. Simply have the meeting on your Google or Outlook calendar with the same email address and you will receive a Pre Meeting Brief with latest notes summarized.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#8217;s It.
